Variation in the natural stone color, pattern, size, shape and shade are inherent and unique characteristics to be expected. This does not affect the product performance. Your countertop will not be replaced due to these variations.

Natural stone products may contain some or all of the following characteristics:

All natural stone products can be damaged by excessive force, pressure or prolonged heating.

All seams will be plainly visible and where there are seams the product pattern, color and other characteristics may change.

A minimum six-inch splash height is required to cut out for electrical boxes. Electrical boxes in splashes less than six inches will have multiple seams surrounding the box.

Support brackets are required for any natural stone overhang exceeding 5 inches in depth. Brackets are to be supplied by the customer and must be placed no more than 36 inches apart.

Tower Industries does not qualify cutout or template information of any kind. Tower Industries fabricates cutouts per manufacturer or customer-supplied templates or measurements and is NOT responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that customer-supplied sinks and faucets will fit and operate properly within the allotted countertop depth.
